• Each person accountable for a major function must not build the Accountability Chart for their team.
• One person is needed to compile the departments into one accountability chart. Use your preferred method (Powerpoint, Word, Canva, or Nintey.io)
• Visionary and Integrator read Rocket Fuel, join Rocket Fuel University, and take the Crystallizer Assessment. Send Crystallizer Results to Renae.
• Please send a copy of the Accountability Chart to each Team Member and store it in the Leadership Team Manual under the Accountability Chart Tab.

ROCKS

• Create a rock sheet in Word, Excel, or Ninety.io; store it in the Leadership Team Manual behind the Rock Tab.
• Bring your Rock Sheet to your Weekly Level 10 Meetings and VB1.
• Add your Company Rocks and Issues to your V/TO.
• Focus on completing your Rocks.
• DO NOT make changes to your Rocks. They must stay as is. Reach out with any questions.

• Determine who is responsible for completing the Rock Sheet and how they are collecting everyone's Rocks (LTM 10).

3. Start running Weekly Level 10 Meetings next week.
4. Reminder to have a little blind faith:
   • All our clients use this Meeting Pulse
   • It will vastly improve the quality of your meetings
   • Commit to getting in the room next week and working through the agenda as best you can. It's normal for the first few to be bumpy. Just try it!

3. What system program will you use? Word, Excel, or ninety.io

• Create your Scorecard in your preferred style (Excel or nintey.io)
• Decide who will compile the Scorecard and bring it to the Level 10 weekly meeting and VB1 session.

• Read or Listen to the first five chapters of Good to Great, emphasizing Chapter 5, "The Hedgehog Concept."
• Read these Two Harvard Business Press Articles:

• Listen to Focus Audio Twice in the EOS App.
